An interview is going to be held on 24.04.2019 (Wednesday), at 10.00 A.M, at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, NIT Durgapur for the following position.

1.	Junior Research Fellow (purely on temporary basis); - 01 Nos. Fellowship (Per Month): (i) Rs.18700/- (1st & 2nd Year) as JRF. (ii) Rs.21000/- (3rd Year) as SRF	M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/Software Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering Information Technology with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/University with valid NET/GATE score. OR B.E/B.Tech in CSE/ECE/IT with valid NET/GATE score with minimum of 7.5 CGPA or 70% marks from any recognized Institute or University. Other Desirable Requirements: Knowledge of Networking, Algorithm, Graph Theory & Good Programming and Analytical skill.	IntAirSense: Intelligent Air Pollution Monitoring for Smart Cities using Low-Cost Sensors.

Note: The post is purely temporary in nature.

1. 1. Selected candidates are expected to play a major role in the fundamental research, simulation and implementation activities related to the project.
   
   
2. 2. Financial assistance for attending Team meetings, Focus area meetings, Project meetings, National conferences etc. will be funded from the project whenever scheduled.
   
   
3. 3. A written test followed by an Interview may be applicable on the same day.
   
   
4. 4. The above position is purely temporary, and is for a period of Three year (03) years but subject to condition of the candidate performance (Performance will be evaluated for every six months). Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointments/absorption in this institute.
   
   
5. 5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
   
   
6. 6. Candidates called for interview should bring all the original mark-sheets, certificates etc.
