Walk-in interview for the post of project assistant under SERB funded projects

Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram is a premier autonomous Institution established by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, for promotion of high-quality science education and research in the country.

The Institute invites applications for the following positions on contract basis:

N-Heterocyclic Carbene (NHC)-mediated Name of Project

Desymmetrization of meso-Cyclic Anhydrides and Enantioselective Dearomative, Conjugate Borylation Reactions

Minimum Educational

MSc Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks qualification

Candidates without NET/GATE qualification may be ap- pointed as Project Assistant if found suitable.

Preference

Candidates having research experience will be preferred

Walk-in-interview date and Walk-in interview will be held on 26^th March 2019 at

venue 11:00 AM at Chemical Science Block, IISER-Thiruvananthapuram (permanent campus), Vithura, Thiruvananthapuram.

The applicant who fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria will be eligible to appear for the walk-in interview held on 26^th March 2019 at 11:00 AM at Chemical Science Block (CSB), IISER-Thiruvananthapuram. Applicants failing to the meet minimum criteria will not be considered for the walk-in interview.

A recent passport size photograph and photocopies of relevant certificates and other testimonials in support of age, qualification, experience etc. will be collected at the time of interview. Applicants must bring all certificates (original + one copy) at the time of interview for the purpose of verification.
