Walk-in-Interview

Walk-in-interview will be held for one position of Project Fellow @ Rs.14,000 p.m. (fixed) initially for a period of 2 years and Rs. 16,000/- in third year in the SERB sponsored major research project, entitled "Scientific Validation of Antimalarial Leads from native Indian Seaweed"

Essential qualification:

55% marks in M.Sc., (Oceanography and Coastal Area Studies, Applied Geology or any other related branch of Biological Sciences-Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry).

Desirable qualification:

Previous research experience in Marine Sciences or Geological Sciences.

Date of interview:

20.06.2017 at 11 AM in the Department of Oceanography and Coastal Area Studies, School of Marine Sciences, Alagappa University, Thondi Campus 623 409, Ramanathapuram District, Tamilnadu.

Mode of selection:

Entrance test followed by interview.

NOTE:

  1. Candidates serving in Central / State Governments / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous bodies etc., should bring No-Objection certificate from the Employer.

  2. Candidates must bring their recent Curriculum Vitae affixed with recent passport size photograph along with relevant original certificates for the interview.

  3. The prescribed essential qualifications are minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates come for interview.

  4. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the Interview.
