WALK-IN-WRITTEN TEST/ INTERVIEW

(EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION)

Applications are invited frorti eligible candidates for the following posts on ad hoc research project entitled: Assess ment of Iodine Status among Pregnant Women in Selected Districts of India.The project is funded by ICMR and executing agency is NIN. Applications will be received from the individuals on 19th May, 2017 for the following posts between 9:30 A.M . and 10: 30 A.M. in the Assembly Hall at NIN, Tarnaka, Hyderabad for the Walk-In-Written Test/ Interview. Late applicationswill not be entertained after 10:30 A.M. under any circumstances. The Application form will be provided to the candidates at NIN on the date of Walk-in- Written Test/ Interview

	Essential Qualifications	i. a) Graduate in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Home Science/ Social WorklFood Science & Nutrition/ AppliedNutrition subject from recognized University/ Institute. b) Three years work experience from recognized Institution. or II. Masters degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics/ Home Science/ Social Workl Food Science & Nutrition/ Applied Nutrition subject from recognized CJniversity/ Insti tute .
	Desirable:	Experience in carrying out community studies. Experience in conducting diet survevs Is an added advantaae.
	Age	Upper age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is admissible as per ICMR guidelines.
	Nature of duties	Field supervision, field work & data collection.
	Consolidated Emoluments	Rs.31,000-00 p.m. fixed without any allowances.
	Tenure:	Initially for one year and extendable as per rules.
	Syllabus for written Examination	General Knowledge, Nutrition, Social Work, Sociology of Graduate level.
	Place of work	Rural areas of Telangana.

	Esserlial Qualif cations	12"' pass in Science Subjects (Biology, Physics & Chemistry) Two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Techniques/ paramedical work .or one year DMLT plus one year experience in a recognized organization or two years field/ laboratory experience in govt. recognized org.. *B.Sc. (Biology/ Ph ysics/ Chemistry as one of the subjects) shall be treated as 3 years experience.
	Desirable	Experience in drawing blood and handling blood samples is required.
	Age	Upper age hmit is 30 years. Age relaxation Is admissible as per ICMR auidelines.
	Nature of duties	Field Work, blood drawing & transportation and data collection.
	Consolidated Emolu11ents	Rs.18,000-00p.m. fixed without any allowances
	Tenure	Initially for one year and extendable as per rules.
	Syllabus for written Examination	General Knowledge, Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry etc., of intermediate level & MLT subiects at dioloma level.

	Essential Qualifications	12th pass in science subjects (Biology,Physics & Chemistry) Two years diploma in Nutrition>Dietics/ Food Science/AppliedNutrition/Social Work plus one year experience in a recognized organization or Two years field experience in Govt recognized organization.
	Desirable:	Work Experience in carrying out community studies. Experience in collecting dietary data is and added advantage
	Age	Upper age limit is 30 years. Age relaxation is admissible as per ICMR guidelines.
	Nature of duties	Field work & data collection.
	Consolidated Emoluments	Rs18,000-00p.m. fixed without any allowances.
	Tenure:	Initially for one year and extendable as per rules.

Selection Procedure:

Interview wil be conducted to the eligible candidates. However if more number of candidates are found eligible for the post advertised. Written test/skill test may also be conducted on the same day for final roud of interview.

The candidate should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications ( from SSc onwards) , experience, Aadhaar card, OBC/SC/ST community and PH certificates along with one set of photocopies of the same duly attested (can be self attested)along with passport size photograph for attending the written test/Interview. The persons belonging to other backward category should bring ;latest OBC.
