Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India (ALIMCO), invites applications from RCI registered P&O professionals & Audiologist Professional for contractual engagement as Prosthetist & Orthotist professional & as Audiologist at H.Q.at Kanpur and its AAPC & RMC's at New Delhi, Guwahati, Channalon, Jabalpur,Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Mumbai & Hyderabad on contract basis initially for a period of one year which may be extended on need basis from time to time on mutual consent.

1. (A) P&O: - Engagement of 22 Nos P&O professionals on contract basis at monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- (registration in Central Rehabilitation Register of RCI is mandatory). The P&O Professional engaged in NE states will e granted as additional allowance

   @ 12.5% P.M. on the fixed remuneration.

2. Essential Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics/Master in Prosthetics and Orthotics with registration in Central Rehabilitation Register(CRR) of RCI. Candidate should have at least 02 years of post-qualificationexperience in fabricating and fitting of artificial limbs to persons with disabilities. Knowledge of local language of place of engagement is desirable.

3. Age: 34 years maximum as on O1 st April.2017.

4. Remuneration: -Rs. 25,000/-P.M.

5. Tenure: - Initially for a period of one year which may be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Corporation. Engaged person shall have no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of being engaged on contractual basis.

6. Place and number of engagements: - Kanpur-2, NewDelhi-2, Guwahati-3, Channalon-3, Jabalpur-0, Bengaluru-2, Bhubnreshwar-2, Kolkata-3, Mumbai- 3 & Hyderabad-2

(B) Audiologists: Engagement of 33 Audiologists (Professional) on contract basis at monthl y consolidate remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- (registration in Central Rehabilitation Register of RCI is mandatory). The Audiologists engaged in N Estates will be granted as additional allowance@ 12.5% P.M. on the fixed remuneration.

2. Essential Qualification & Experience: - Bachelor in Audiology & Speech language Pathology/Master in Audiology & Speech language Pathology with registration in Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) of RCI. Candidate should have at least 02 years of post qualification experience in conducting of audiology test and prescribing the required hearing aid to person suffering from Hearing Impairment. Knowledge of local language of place of engagement is desirable.

3. Age: 34 years maximum as on O1 st April.2017

4. Remuneration: - Rs. 25,000/-P.M.

5. Tenure: - Initially for a period of one year which may be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Corporation. Engaged person shall hav0 no claim for appointment on regular basis by virtue of being engaged on contractual basis.

   Terms and Conditions

   1. Physically fit and mentally agile candidates with maximum age of 34 years as on 01st April.2017 having adequate experience will be considered.

   2. The applicants should bring his/her Bio-Data (format enclosed Annexure-I & II) alongwith copy of Marks Sheets, Degrees and Certificates of experience, and other testimonials, and one recent passport size photograph.

   3. During the validity of the Contract of engagement, while on duty, engaged person shall (i) observe the punctuality & discipline (ii) attend Office on all working days, and, if necessary on holidays. If required, he/she will have to work even beyond normal office hours.

   4. The engaged person will be entitled to draw a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.

      25,000/- P.M. (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only). During the validity of this contract no other allowance remuneration shall be payable to him/her on account of working on holidays and/or outside office hours. However, he/she will be entitled to casual leave one day for each completed calendar month.

   5. This Contract of engagement is terminable by the Corporation at any point of time without prior notice if the performance of the engaged person is not found satisfactory.

   6. The engaged person also reserves his/her right of terminating this Contract of engagement by giving the Corporation one month's prior notice in writing or payment of consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/- P.M. (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) for one month in lieu thereof.

   7. If the engaged person does not attend office on any working day, the remuneration would be worked out by applying the following formula: -

      Number of working days on which office has been attended x 25,000 Number of working days in the month

   8. The engaged person will have no right to claim any additional benefit/compensation/absorption/regularization of services in the Corporation during or after the period of engagement under any provision.

   9. The engagement will be for a period of one year. However, depending on the requirement of the Corporation and the performance of the person engaged, the period of engagement can be extended. The services of the contract employee will be terminated at any time even before the completion of the said period of one year.
