Job Profile

Qualification & Experience

• Manage the local HR Management Function to ensure the policies are followed.

• Manage end to end employee life cycle including onboarding for new joiners, confirmation, performance appraisals, grievance handling, employee relations and

• Report to the concerned Authority and provide decision support through HR metrics

• Implement and update guidelines and policies in order to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other HR relevant HR functions and other departments

• Oversee and manage performance appraisal system ensure actions are taken according to the policies

• Drive coordination with relevant teams for training execution

• Effective management of interpersonal relations at all levels

Educational Qualification

• MBA(HR)/PGDM (HR)/Graduation (Any discipline) with 4 - 6 years of relevant experience at a reputed org

• Proficient in MS Office.
