Identify areas for Aadhaar integration with Central Ministries/State Governments and facilitate conceptualization of application solutions and necessary linkages.

Provide consulting support in design and development of applications

Support various Central Ministries / State Government departments, Financial institutions, Private / Public sector enterprises for integration of Aadhaar in their applications / schemes

Interface with all stakeholders as required Ministries / State Government Departments, UIDAI Regional offices, Managed Service Provider, Technical Service Provider to support for Aadhaar integration

Supervise project implementation at the ground level; travel may be required to monitor implementation at the village / district level.

Coordination with biometric device vendors, STQC, Authentication User Agencies, Authentication Service Agencies etc

Write concept notes for various new ideas

Preparation of documentation relating to Standards, Guidelines and Projects

Provide inputs for RFP, RFE, RFQ dealt by Authority, assisting Authority in their processing and management

Demonstration of various applications, processes, devices and other internal and external standards & specifications to internal and external stakeholders of UIDAI

Provide support for various Aadhaar
Authentication workshop and trainings

Educational Qualification
-
BE, B.Tech / MCA / MBA from a reputed institute
-
At least 6 years of total experience in Consulting
-
Successful completion of at least one project with Central Government / State Governments department would be a plus
-
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process will be an added benefit

PMP / Prince 2 Certification preferred
