Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Planning and scheduling of entire project

Ensure implementation of safety measures and site

Prepare MIS reports for management

Review and approve of design deliverables from 3rd parties

Work with architects, consultants and 3rd parties for quick resolution of issues and expedite completion of project

Review bills and invoices from contractors/ consultants

Provide award recommendations by due diligence and technical and commercial evaluation of bids

Preparation of Progress and forecast reports for management

Exercise cost control including analysis of actual v/s budgeted cost and mitigation measures for keeping cost within budget

Qualification and Personal Profile

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Project certification like PMP, IPMA preferred. Applicants with Diploma in Civil Engineering can also apply.

12+ years experience for graduate engineers (more than 15 years for Diploma holders) in successfully managing large facility projects within cost and time constraints

Technical Competency: Knowledge of latest civil construction techniques, experience with mechanical, electrical and plumbing works in facility projects, experience with project scheduling software like MS Project & safety

Behavioral Competency: Good people management skills with evidence of being able to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, proven leadership skills with ability to motivate team members, strong process orientation, deadline driven

Other Skill and Ability Requirements

Top Key Result Areas: Example- Completion of project as per time lines (Adherence to timelines) within the cost and as per specifications/standards

Compliance of Safety, Health Standards & all applicable statutes- No non compliance

Remuneration

Between Rs. 15 to 20 Lakhs per annum. An appropriate housing facility will be provided within the campus.
