NOTICE INVITING FOR FILLING UP OF 1 POST OF CHIEF ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (GROUP A GAZETTED POST). IN THE ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF GOA, PANAJI BY TRANSFER ON DEPUTATION.

1. Chief Electrical Engineer 1 Post

Pay Scale : 37,400-67,000 + G.P Rs. 8,700/- (pre-revised)-level-13 in Pay Matrix.

Eligibility Criteria:- Officers of the Central Government/ Central Public Sector Undertaking connected with power sector, or officers of the State Government / Union Territories/ State Electricity Boards / State Public Sector Undertaking connected with power distribution, possessing a degree in Electrical Engineering and holding analogous post or with atleast 5 years regular service in the grade of Superintending Engineer or equivalent

The terms and conditions of deputation shall be governed as per the standard terms of deputation as prescribed by the Government and as amended from time to time. The tenure of deputation shall be initially for a period of two years which is likely to be extended for further period. The total period of deputation shall not exceed 4 years.

The eligible candidates should submit their applications through Proper Channel in the following Proforma, addressed to the Additional Secretary(Personnel), Personnel Department, Secretariat, Porvorim-Goa, 403521 so as to reach on or before 31/08/2018.

In case, the number of candidates is very large, the Government reserves its rights to short list the candidates.

The Officers of the Central/ State Government /Electricity Board/ Electricity Corporations, while recommending the names of eligible Officers willing to come on deputation and whose services could be spared in the event of their selection, may forward their applications alongwith the following documents through Registered Post to the Personnel Department, Secretariat, Porvorim-Goa, 403521.

1. Up-to date character roll and service particulars.

2. Vigilance clearance.

3. Confidential Dossiers.

The Government will consider the names of only those Officers who are fulfilling the eligibility conditions as specified above and whose applications are received through proper channel on or before due date of submission of application as mentioned above.

The Government of Goa reserves the right to reject the incomplete applications and the applications received after the due date of submission of applications as mentioned above without assigning any reason. The applications which are not as per the prescribed Proforma shall also be summarily rejected.
