Trinity Reinsurance Brokers Limited looking for One Fresher Company Secretary in Noida.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for establishing and maintaining records relating to secretarial compliance.
   
   
2. Supporting in legal services like drafting and authentication of Agreements/Contracts.
   
   
3. Preparation of all notices, Directors' report, resolutions & minutes of board, meetings, Annual General Meetings & committee meetings.
   
   
4. Drafting and vetting of vendor agreements, Power of Attorneys and Letter of Authorities
   
   
5. Well Versed with Companies Act and other acts as applicable
   
   
6. Liaising with external regulators and advisors, Co-ordination with clients
   
   
7. Developing and maintaining productive client and team relationships through
   
   
8. Secretarial compliance & other related jobs
   
   
9. Preparing and compiling weekly/monthly MIS reports 10.Any other duty assigned by the management
   
   

Eligibility:

Should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
