Financial Advisorcum-Chief Accounts Officer (Pay Band Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-) (Pre-revised)	1 post (GEN)	Essential Qualification: The applicant should be possessing ACA/AICWA/MBA (Finance) with 60% or more marks. Experience : Minimum 10 years experience with sound knowledge of Central Govt. rules relating to Accounts/Audit, Service conditions, Treasury and Finance, with atleast 3 years experience in the immediate lower Pay Band of PB-3 + GP 6600/-or equivalent. The job, among other things requires Financial/Budgetary Planning and Control, Resources Generation, Control of Accounts, Investment Planning Management Reporting and Audit Expertise in using computer systems for processing/retrieval of accounts/finance related data will be desirable. Age : Not exceeding 50 years.
2.	Librarian (Pay Band Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.7600/-) (Pre-revised)	1 post (GEN)	Essential Qualification: First Class Masters Degree in Library/Information Science or Associateship in Information Science. Candidates having Doctoral Degree in Library Science will be preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years inline experience at executive level in an Academic/Research Institution of repute. Preference will be given to the applicants who have been associated with the development of Libraries in technical/management subjects and also who have sound knowledge and practical experience of managing a state-of-art Library in a highly automated, integrated and networked environment. Age : Not exceeding 50 years.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1)All other allowances are as applicable to Central Govt. employees stationed at Lucknow.

2)Persons working in Central Government/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings/AutonomousBodies etc. should send their applications either through proper channel or should furnish NoObjection Certificate at the time interview.

3)Crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for the receipt of applicationsfrom the candidates. The age limit is relaxable to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWDcategory as per Central Govt. rules for which Applicants have to attach the necessary certificates asprescribed by the Govt. of India.

4)There is no age limit for departmental candidates.

5)Mere fulfilling of the minimum advertised qualification and experience requirements DO NOTautomatically entitle an applicant to be called for test/interview.

6) All the applications received within the due date in response to this advertisement shall be considered by a Screening Committee and ONLY the candidates recommended by the Screening Committee will be called for presentation-cum-written test/interview. The decision of the Institute will be final and the Institute will not entertain any correspondence in this respect.

7) Incomplete applications or applications without self-attested copies of certificates/ testimonials or received after the last date are liable to be rejected.

8) Experience can be relaxed in case of highly deserving candidates

9) Higher start in the Pay Band may be given to the exceptionally deserving candidate(s).

10) The candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/-(five hundred only) in the form of demand draft in favour of Director, Indian Institute of Management, payable at Lucknow. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

11) SC/ ST/PWD/Women candidates are not required to submit the application fees

12) Selection Process for both the posts The candidates are required to make brief presentation followed by written test / personal interview. The presentation will be of 15 minutes duration for which the topic will be indicated at the time of issuing the interview call letters.

13) Outstation candidates called for presentation-cum-interview/written test will be reimbursed to-andfro II AC actual railway fare by the shortest route.

14) The candidates who have earlier applied for the post of FA-cum-CAO in response to our earlier advertisement, dated January 10, 2017 need not to apply again.

15) IIML reserves the right not to fill any or all the posts, if it desires so.

16) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

17) Legal disputes if any will be restricted within the jurisdiction of Lucknow only.
