The Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog is looking to engage Consultant Grade-1 and Young Professionals on contractual basis for a short period. Details of the positions and terms & conditions for the engagement, eligibility, experience, etc. are as under:-

Short-term Contract through open advertisement

1.3

Period of Contract

Initial engagement will be for a fixed period but not exceeding 3 years. However, continuation beyond first and subsequent year would be contingent on a satisfactory annual performance review based on clearly defined key performance indicators or till the period the post is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualification and Experience

Essential:

Masters Degree in Economics/ Commerce/ Statistics/ Operation Research/ Business Administration; or

Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognised University or Part A and B of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering (AMIE); or

Post Graduate Diploma in management (2 years); or

MBBS, LLB, CA, ICWA

Desirable:

Doctorate, M.Phil, Additional qualifications, research experience, published papers and post qualification experience in the relevant field would be preferred

Post qualification Experience:

Minimum 3-8 years post-qualification experience (candidates having Ph.D, period upto 3 years will be counted as a period of working experience provided no work experience is counted during those 3 years). Experience in programme monitoring/ evaluation or Project Appraisal or programme/ policy research would be an added advantage.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Upper age limit 45 years (as on the closing date of advertisement)

Remuneration

Consolidated Monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 80,000/- to Rs. 1,45,000/-.

Remuneration

Consolidated Monthly remuneration Rs. 60,000/- (Fixed).

Other terms and conditions for the engagement of Consultant Grade-1 and Young Professional will be as per the NITI Aayog Order No. A-12013/02/2015-Adm.I (B) dated 1-Aug-2018. These guidelines are available on the NITI Aayog websites ( www.niti.gov.in )
