Consultant - RCH Monitoring / (One Position)

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC), New Delhi on behalf of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is seeking resumes from qualified candidates for the above mentioned post purely on contractual basis. Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting the RCH division in the Ministry in overall monitoring of RCH
Coordinating with the Programme Divisions to ensure timely data inputs for effective preparation of database and feedback to states;
Attending various meetings in connection with monitoring and evaluation of RCH Programme at state, regional and national level review meetings;
Carrying out all incidental jobs relating to monitoring of RCH Programme;
Participating in the Common Review Missions;
Providing regular reports to RCH division as and when required;
Co-ordinate Integrated Field Monitoring visits (IMTs) by the officers;
Co-ordination of submission of RFD, E- Samiksha;
Analysis of HMIS, MCTS and other Survey reports;
Co-ordination of RCH related activities with all divisions
Delivery of all the above tasks in a time bound manner

Eligibility

Post graduate degree in Social Work/ Health management/ MBA from a reputed or recognised institution.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience out of which 3 years in RCH experience in coordination, data management and monitoring of health programmes with special focus on RCH program.

Familiarity with the public health system, relevant government policies/ strategies, particularly National Health Mission and State Health Societies.

Good understanding of strong number skills and experience in financial analysis, programme management, capacity building and supervisory support.

Strong interpersonal, communication and team-work skills.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked on NHM/RCH at national or state level.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and working knowledge of Hindi is must.
Formal educational qualification, experience and age could be relaxed when there is a published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance

Age: Upper limit is 55 years as on 1/4/2016 and having sound health to undertake extensive field visits.

Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 90,000/- to Rs. 1,30,000/- per month.
