Walk in interview on 20th December 2017 for JRF Position in SERB Project
Job Description: Junior research fellow for SERB sponsored research project Mobility, Bioaccessibility and Source Apportionment Study of Toxic Heavy Metals in Indoor and Outdoor Dust Environment: An Isotope Fingerprinting Approach
Job duration: 3 years
Salary: a)Rs. 25000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 28000/- for last year, for NET/GATE or any national level Ph.D entrance qualified candidate, and M.Tech candidate.
b) Rs.16000/- per month for first two years and Rs. 18000/- for last year for non-NET/GATE qualified candidate.
Job location: Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand-835215.
Eligibility: M.Tech/ M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Engineering or allied subjects with at least 55% marks. NET/GATE or other national level examination qualifiers will be preferred. Candidate should have strong inclination towards research. As there are lots of field work involved in the project, candidates with field work experience will be preferred. Field work location: Ranchi, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Bokaro.
