WALK IN INTERVIEW

The Director, ICAR-National Research Centre on Pomegranate (ICAR), Solapur, Maharashtra proposes to fill up the following temporary and time bound vacant position under the different project on the basis of WALK IN INTERVIEW for the period of six month which may be extendable further depending on availability of fund and satisfactory performance of the candidate. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. All desirous and eligible candidates fulfilling all the requirements are invited to appear before the selection committee for personal interview at ICAR-National Research Centre on Pomegranate, Solapur on 22.03.2016 on 10.30 AM. Candidate reporting after 11.30 AM will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

1.	Young Professional II (1 Post)	Rs. 25000/-	Minimum of 21 years and Maximum of 45 years	Post graduate in Agriculture/ allied Basic sciences from recognized university having secured 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average through academic career	Two year of experience as evidenced from fellowship/ associate ship/training /other engagement. Relevant working experience in ICAR institutes or SAUs, with knowledge in handing IPR related issued such patent, trademark copyrights etc. Good writing and communication skills in English/Hindi.	To assist officer in charge in IPR related works such as commercialization of technologies, patent search, technology documentation or any other activities of ITMU.
2.	Young Professional I (1 Post)	Rs. 15000/-	Minimum of 21 years and Maximum of 45 years	Graduate degree in Agriculture/Science/Arts/Commerce from recognized university having minimum of 50% in 12th and graduation. Minimum six month Certificate course in computer application/science.	Good Writing and communication skills in English/Hindi/Marathi	To assist in ITMU activities, maintenance of files and records, typing, showcasing the technologies to visitors etc.

Project Name: Micronutrient management in horticultural crops for enhancing yield and quality

Minimum of 21 years and Maximum of 45 years

Post graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture /Soil Science /Biochemistry from recognized university having secured 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average throughout academic career.

Work experience in soil and plant analysis /Chemical or Biochemical analysis and knowledge about various instrument used in soil and plant analysis, data entry and analysis.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The above position is purely on temporary basis and is co-terminus with the scheme. There is no provision for re-employment after termination of project. Selected candidates can be discontinued owing to administrative reasons at any time by issue of one months notice or one months emoluments in lieu thereof. They may also leave the assignment on their own violation, by giving one months notice.

2. Above Age limit Relaxable to SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India rules.

3. No TA, DA will be paid for attending the interview.

4. The applicants must bring with them original documents along with duly filled in application form (Annexure-I), one passport size photograph and one set of photocopy of related documents at the time of interview failing which he/she shall not be allowed to appear in the interview.

5. No objection certificate from his employer and experience certificate in original should be produced at the time of interview.

6. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.

7. The decision of Director, ICAR-NRCP, would be final and binding in all aspects
