Advertisement for JRF in DST-SERB Project

Applications are invited for two JRF positions in DST-SERB sponsored project entitled Development of non-invasive medical diagnostic methods with nanocluster deposited films as active substrates for Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy

Appointment is initially for one year and extendable up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.

Position 1 at School of Physics: JRF

Qualification: M.Sc. Physics or M.Tech. in Materials Engineering or Electronics with a minimum of 55% marks. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum is 50% marks.

Position 2 at School of Engineering Sciences and Technology: JRF

Qualification: M.Tech. in Materials Engineering or Nano technology with a minimum of 55% marks. For SC/ST candidates, the minimum is 50% marks.

Desirability: Interest in experimental work and making of instruments independently and experience in materials synthesis. UGC-NET qualification.

Remuneration: Rs. 25,000/- p.m + HRA.
