Central Power Research Institute is a Centre for applied Research in Electrical Power Engineering assisting the Utilities in Technical evaluation and quality assurance. The Institute requires personnel for the following position purely on temporary basis to carry out Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana [DDUGJY] and Integrated Power Development Scheme [IPDS] related activity for 9 districts (covered by CESU) of Odisha. The work involves extensive traveling to these districts.

1 Chief Project Consultant (At CESU Hqrs) Remuneration: Rs. 60,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 01 Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Preferably with MBA) & Upper age limit 65 years. Minimum of 20 years experience in Electricity sector out of which 5 years experience in Electrical project implementation as Project Manager in an EPC/Turnkey package costing atleast Rs. 50.00 crore. Overall in-charge for scope of work. Formulation of Strategies, Policy, Procedure, Guidelines in consultation with Project Manager of OWNER. 10th August 2015
2 Coordinator (At Bhubaneswar) Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 01 Degree in Electrical Engineering & Upper age limit 65 years. Minimum of 15 years experience in Electrical sector. Day to Day coordination with nodal agencies, State Government, OPTCL, Discoms, EPC Contractors etc. 10th August 2015
3 Finance Executive (At CESU Hqrs.) Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 01 Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant & Upper age limit 65 years. Minimum of 07 years experience in Turn key/EPC Project Management. Concurrence of the Tender Documents, Bid evaluation, Package wise estimates, Cost control and Monitoring, Statutory compliance, Supervision of all payment under the project. 10th August 2015
4 Design Expert (Electrical) (At CESU Hqrs.) 02 Degree in Electrical Engineering & Upper age limit 65 years. Minimum of 10 years experience in Electricity sector out of which 5 years experience in design 10th August 2015

Minimum of 10 years experience in Electricity sector out of which 5 years experience in design review in electrical distribution/transmission sector. 6 Quality & Material Management Expert Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 01 Degree in Electrical Engineering & Upper age limit 65 years. Minimum of 10 years experience in Electricity sector out of which 5 years experience in design review in electrical distribution/transmission sector. Quality & Material Management. 10th August 2015
7 Field Expert Remuneration: Rs. 40,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 09 Degree in Electrical Engineering & Upper age limit 50 years. Minimum of 10 years experience in electrical sector. Visit to each project site at least once in a month and Monitor the Operation & Safety requirement of the project. Overall In-Charge for the district under his jurisdiction. 10th July 2015
8 Site Engineer Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/per month (Consolidated plus TA & DA as per norms) 27 Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering & Upper age limit 35 years. Minimum of 01 year experience in Electrical Sector for Degree Engineer & Minimum of 03 years experience in Electrical Sector for Diploma Engineer. Day to day monitoring & supervision of project activities 3rd July 2015

Posting of work will be at Bhubaneshwar /Puri /Angul /Kendrapara /Dhenkanal /Cuttack /Nayagarh /Khurda /Jagatsighpur /Jajpur.
