Candidates are requested to read the instructions carefully:

2. The Essential Qualifications mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candida,te to claim for selection. All the essential qualifications must be completed on or before the date of submission of application.

3. The application and self attested photocopies of other necessary documents as mentioned below should be arranged in the following order at the time of submission of application:

Essential Qualification:

1. Higher Secondary passed (10+2) from a recognized Board / Institute OR its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biolog y/Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE, with knowledge in Computer , MS Office, internet is required.

2. Must have efficiency in computers including MS office and internet.

3. Should be permanent resident of West Bengal.

Age (as on 01.01.2017): 40 Years, (Age relaxation will be given for ST/SC/OBC[A/B]/PWD cand idates etc.as per Govt. No rms.)

Remuneration : 9380/- per month

MODE OF SELECTION: Selection will be done on merit and practical examination . Applications will be shortlis ted on the basis of marks obtained in final qualification(highest basic qualification). Shortlisted candidates will be called in 1:1O ratio that is for one declared post 1O candidates will be called for practical test. In Computer Test which will count as practical candidates have to obtain at least 40% marks to qualify for the post.

On the basis of marks obtained for merit and computer test a panel will be prepared for recruitment as per rule .

The eligible candidates are requested to submit their application at the PMU office of Kolkata City NUHM Society[Address:Room No.254 ,2nd floor ,5, S.N Banerjee Road, Kolkata -7000131 in the prescribed format. They are also requested to carry a photocopy of the filled in application format.

The date and time of submission of application: (excluding holidays): From 20.03.17 to30.03.2017

Time-11:00 a.m-4:00 p.m (Monday to Friday).Saturday: 11:00a.m-2:00p.m. Candidates will not be allowed to queue after 4:00 pm / 2:00 pm.
