Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment to the following vacant post on contractual basis in the constituent college under OUAT .

Age Limit : Candidate must not be less than 21 years and more than 32 years of age as on 01.01.2018 (the upper age limit relaxable by 5 years in case of candidate belonging to ST category

The appointment will be initially on contractual basis as per the new recruitment rules notified vide GA Department notification No. 1147 dtd. 17.01.2014 read with notification no.4587 dtd.15.02.2014

The application form complete in all respect along with self attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examination passed, experience certificate, if any, shall be sent by Registered post addressed to the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751003, Odisha. The last date of receipt of application is 29.10.2018 by 5.00 P.M. Application received after the due date shall not be entertained. The University shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay in postal transaction. Incomplete application shall be summarily rejected

Mode of payment

The application fees shall be deposited directly through Green Channel Counter (GCC) / Internet Banking / Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) in the account number of the Comptroller, OUAT (A/C No. 10173711536, State Bank of India, OUAT Campus Branch, Bhubaneswar, Branch Code: 03341, Indian Financial System Code (IFSC Code): No.SBIN0003341. In support of document regarding deposit, the candidate should attach photo copy of the deposit receipt duly signed by the candidates for proof of the deposit. Other mode of payment for application fee shall not be considered. Application fee once deposited is non-refundable.

Plan of examination

There shall be a written examination of 300 marks consisting of two papers followed by viva-voce test of 30 marks

Syllabus of written examination

Paper-I (General awareness)

The questions in this paper shall be to test the candidate psychology and the general awareness . question on reasoning , aptitude and general awareness on science current affairs, geography, history of India & odisha, Indian constitution ,socio economic ,political development ,human rights, fundamental of computer etc. the question will be graduation standard & objective type multiple choice

Paper-II (Technical Paper)

The question in this paper on Botany, Zoology ,Chemistry and Bio technology .The question will be of objective type multiple choice

Selection procedure

The eligible candidates shall have to appear the written examination of 300 marks

The candidates who qualify in written test will be called to appear viva-voce test

The final merit list of selected candidates will be based on the total marks secured in all the above tests.

The essential qualification and experience shall be considered as on the last date of receipt of application form.

In-service candidate shall apply through proper channel. He/she has to submit advance copy of original application to avoid delay. He should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from his/her employer at the time of interview failing which his/her candidature will not be considered.

Applicants should be prepared to appear the written examination & viva-voce test at Bhubaneswar at their own cost. The University reserves the right to cancel the advertisement at any moment, due to unforeseen circumstances or may not fill up the required posts, so advertised.

The University reserves all rights either to modify or cancel the interview or entire advertisement/ selection process for post without assigning any reason thereof.

Instructions to the candidate:

The candidates are advised to quote the name of the post applied for and the Advertisement Number and date in the top of the application form.

The candidate should attach the photo copy of deposit receipt (fees deposited) with signature on the back side & attach with the application form along with two recent passport size self attested photograph..

Complete application in the prescribed form duly filled in along with self attested copies of all certificates, mark sheets of all examinations passed, experience certificate along with unstamped self addressed envelope should reach the Registrar, OUAT, Bhubaneswar-751003 by Registered post on or before the last date of receipt of application.
