Applications are invited d in the prescribed form from bonafide citiz zens of India for selection of candidates for the u under mentioned post.
03(three) (SC-01, ST-01 1 & UR-01) temporary posts of Youth Orga anizer, Group-C Non-Gazetted under Education n (YAS) Department, Government of Tripura. .
Scale of Pay: Rs. 30,38 80/-in the pay Matrix Level 10 of TSCS (Reviised pay) Rules, 2017, Subject to revision by the e Government from time to time.
Educational Qualificat tions: Degree from a Government recognized d University.
Experience: 5 (five) yyears experience in Cultural/Adventure acctivities from a Government recognized Institu ution/Bodies.
- (i)
- Preference wwill be given to those who successfully commpleted Music/ Visaradh/Prav vakar(Vocal/Instrument/Dance) from a Government Institution or f from a Institution recognized by Central/State e Government.
- (ii)
- Preference wiill be given to those who shown their excellen nce in Adventure activities in M Mountaineering, Hiking Tracking, Long Distan nce Swimming in the River/Sea a etc. under a Government recognized Instituti ion /Bodies.
Age: Up to 40 years as o on 31.01.2018. Upper Age limit is relaxable by y 5(five) years in case of SC/ ST/ PH candidates and Government Servants, provided that thee Govt. servants of SC/ST/ PH category shall no ot get this relaxation over and above the gene eral relaxation of 5 (five) years available to them..
The last date of receivin ng application is 31.01.2018. The application(s s) received after the closing date will not be ente ertained.
Online Application PPortal will be available on Commiss sions website (www.tpsc.gov.in ) from 01/0 01/2017 to 31/01/2018 during office hour .BBefore applying for the post, an applicant sha all register his/her bio-data particulars thro ough One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) o on the Commissions Website via www.tp sc.gov.in Once applicant registers his/her pparticulars, a User ID is generated and ssent to his/her registered mobile number an nd email ID. Applicants need to apply for r the post using the OTPR User ID through Co ommissions website.
The Candidates may a also fill & submit application (purchasing fr rom any branch of Tripura Garmin Bank) sen nd it by post should be addressed to The Se ecretary, TPSC, Agartala, West Tripura, pin n-799001 or submitted in the Receive sect tion of Tripura Public Service Commission , Agartala during working hours.
N.B: 1) The original copies(regarding Qualification from Madhyamik onwards, Experience, Permanent Residence Certificate/Citizenship, Caste Certificate, Registration Certificate(If where required), NOC and Age proof Certificates etc) should submit before the time of interview.
2) Experience Certificate, where necessary, shall have to be issued by the competent authority of the Deptt./Institutions/faculty etc with clear mentioned of starting date & end date as the case may be.
Other Important information:
(1) The number of post to be filled up is subject to increase or decrease following requisition of the Department.
(2) Prescribed Form availability (For Offline):-The 4(four) pages Application Form printed in colour font will be available from all Branches/Extension counters of Tripura Gramin Bank in the State of Tripura on deposit of the prescribed Recruitment Fee through the Special Deposit Slip to the Account No. 14711 in favour of the Secretary,
T.P.S.C. in the same Branch/Extension counter as a single window system without any extra charge/Commission from the candidates.
In addition, the said prescribed Form printed in colour font (A4 size 90 GSM paper) can also be down loaded from the Website http://www.tpsc.gov.in and in that case, the prescribed Recruitment Fee is to be paid to the Account No.31176521319 of the State Bank of India (core banking branches) in favour of the Secretary, Tripura Public Service Commission. The Bank deposit Receipt is to be affixed with the filled up application form in the specified Box on the 2nd page of the form.
(3) Rate of Recruitment Fees:
(i) Group-A Posts:-Rs.200/-(Rupees Two Hundred) only for General Candidates and Rs. 150/-(Rupees One Hundred and Fifty) only for ST/SC/ BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
ii. Group-B Posts:-Rs.150/-(Rupees One Hundred and fifty) only for General Candidates and Rs. 100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.
iii. Group-C Posts:-Rs.100/-(Rupees One Hundred) only for General Candidates and 50/(Rupees fifty) only for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates.

- SC/ST Candidates of other States (not recognized by the Govt. of Tripura) should apply for unreserved vacancy as general candidate along with recruitment fee prescribed for general candidates.
- (5)
- Applicants must be in possession of the prescribed minimum qualification(s) for the post on the closing date for submission of application as mentioned in the advertisement.
- (6)
- Candidates should poses required qualification (along with various registration if required for service) & other experience before last date of submission of application form.
- (7)
- Decision of the Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate at any stage of the selection process shall be final.
- (8)
- Assessment and evaluation of the answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final and shall not be open to scrutiny by any external authority.
- (9)
- Date, time and venue of Screening Test/ Personality Test will be notified in due course.
