Guidelines for the applicants for the various posts on contract basis published in Amar Ujala on 27/07/2018

1. Type Test and Written test will be held on 31/07/2018 from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM for the post of Computer Operator, Computer Operator (Accounts)-Grade A, Computer Operator (Accounts).

2. Written Test/Interview for the posts other than mentioned in point 1 will be held on 31/07/2018. Candidate may appear for the Walk in Interview on mentioned date from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM.

3. Any Candidate for any reason reporting after 02:00 PM will not be allowed for appearing in the exam.

4. Preference will be given to Local Candidates. Candidates will be posted according to the preference filled in form. However, he/she can be posted at other location within UP, in case no vacancy exists at the preferred location.

5. Prescribed Application Form can be downloaded from the website of the Centre.

6. The name of the candidate in the application form must be the same as mentioned in the certificate of class X. In case the candidate changed his name after passing class X, the evidence to that effect should be furnished at the time of written test/interview. The applicants are required to submit self attested copies of their testimonials with the Application Form. Candidates with last semester result awaited or incomplete degrees are not eligible to apply.

7. The applicants shall be required to deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs 500/- through cashless transaction mode (Debit Card) or through bank draft drawn in favour of NIELIT LUCKNOW payable at Lucknow at the time of submitting the application form.

8. Candidate must have required qualifications as mentioned in the advertisement for the said posts. Candidates are also required to bring original testimonials/certificates for verification on the same day.

9. For the post of all type of Computer Operators, Candidate has to appear for the type test in English and Hindi. Candidate can use Kruti Dev or Mangal font for typing test in hindi. Required Typing speed is mentioned in the Eligibility Criteria. Knowledge of Hindi/English typing means minimum speed of 15 words/minute.

10. Shortlisted candidates will be empanelled and deployed on contract basis as per requirement of user department for the period of one year or project duration whichever is less. It may be further extended based on requirement/performance of the candidate by user department. The deployment of the empanelled candidate in any department is subject to his/her suitability in the formal interaction conducted by user department

11. NIELIT does not guarantee deployment of all shortlisted candidates in the panel. However, empanelment period will be valid for one year.

12. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Interview.

13. The candidature of the candidates is subject to their eligibility regarding academic & professional qualifications etc. and mere appearances in Written Test/Interview does not mean that the candidate is eligible for empanelment.

14. Later on at any time during scrutiny of the Application Form/documents submitted by the candidate or otherwise, if any document, statement or any other information submitted by the candidate is found to be wrong or incorrect as per the selection/eligibility criteria, this Centre reserves the right to cancel the selection of the candidate/contractual employment. NIELIT Lucknow has the right to accept or reject the application without assigning any reason thereof.

15. Canvassing/trying to influence NIELIT employees to secure the job in any manner shall disqualify the candidate.

16. Consolidated monthly remuneration for the said posts is as mentioned in the Advertisement.
