ENGAGEMENT OF ADVISORS

GRSE Ltd. is one of the premier Defence Shipyards enjoying the Mini Ratna, Category I status and effectively contributing to the defence preparedness of the country by building different sophisticated and state-of-the-art warships. The Company requires superannuated senior executives on contract basis for specific job requirement for a short duration of one year in Design Department. The details are as under:

Advisor -Design (04 posts)	63 yrs.	Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture	i) ii) iii) iv) v) vi) vii)	Minimum 20 years of experience in shipbuilding out of which at least 10 years experience in ship design. Must have served in the rank of Dy. General Manager (E-5 or equivalent Grade) and above. Experience in warship design and understanding of Naval Standards and specifications. Experience in design as per Classification Society Rules. Preparation/ Scrutiny of system schematic drawings, SOTRs & GRAQs. Experience in conduct of TNC Experience in detailed design of warships.	Negotiable

NOTE :

(i): AICTE / UGC/Govt. of India recognized / approved Degree / Diploma / PG Degree / PG Diploma courses in concerned discipline (as referred above) awarded by University / Institution recognized by Govt. of India will only be considered.
(ii): Grouping of Engineering Degree: BE, B Tech, Four years BSc (Engineering).

(iii) Qualification Grouping of Engineering Degree.

Mechanical : Mechanical / Mechanical & Industrial Engineering / Mechanical & Production Engineering / Marine Engineering.
Electrical : Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation.
Naval Architecture : Naval Architecture / Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding / Naval Architecture & Ocean Engineering / Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering / Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture / Naval Architecture & Off-shore Engineering.
Electronics : Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Telecommunication /

Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control. Only the above mentioned disciplines will be considered for the engagement process. Courses / Disciplines with equivalence to the above will not be considered.

(iv) The applicants should have been superannuated before 01 September 2018.

(v)	The individual should not have been awarded with any major penalty before his / her retirement. Further an individual against whom disciplinary or criminal
	proceeding is pending shall not be eligible for such engagement.
(vi)	The individual should be medically fit as per GRSE standard to undertake the job.
(vii)	GRSE reserves the right to fill up all the requirements based on suitability or to alter the number of requirement to be filled up or cancel the whole process of
	engagement without assigning any reason.
(viii)	The tenure of service shall be co-terminus with the completion of the assignment or one year whichever is earlier. The tenure may be extended / reduced depending
	upon the requirement of the Company.
(ix)	The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by duly constituted selection committee.
