Duration: 24 months including 1 to 2 months posting in the concerned discipline at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai.

Number of Seats: Two seats in each disciplines-1(one) General, 1(one) Sponsored (in the sponsored category, the number of intake may be increased under special consideration at the discretion of the management of the Institute).

Eligibility: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in the respective discipline from a recognized university .The following degree/diploma will be considered:

• Surgical Oncology :MS (Gen. Surgery)
  
  
• Medical Oncology :MD (Medicine, Paediatrics), DCH
  
  
• Head & Neck Oncology :MS (ENT), DLO, MDS (Maxillo-facial)
  
  
• Gynecologic Oncology :MD (O&G)
  
  
• Onco-Pathology :MD (Pathology), DCP
  
  

Preference will be given to degree holders in the concerned discipline.

Mode of selection: Academic records and Personal Interview by Selection Committee.

Tuition Fee: Annual Tuition Fee @Rs.36,000/-(Rupees thirty six thousand)only.

Stipend: Applicable only for General (non-sponsored) candidates: Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) only per month.

Assessment and certification:

Evaluation at the end of 2 Years will be based on written examination and viva voce on successful completion of the course along with dissertation and at least one publication in an indexed journal (Indian/International). Certificate to successful candidates will be issued jointly by Director, Dr.B.Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati and Director,Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai.

Academic Session: The current academic session will be start from 1^st of July, 2018.

The bio-data has to be submitted along with scanned, self attested copies of necessary documents and bank draft.

A non-refundable application fee of Rs.500/-(Rupees five hundred)only in form of demand draft drawn in favour of Director, Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute, Guwahati has to be submitted at the time of interview. However, the details of the demand draft should be mentioned in the application form.

Accommodation: Limited hostel type paid accommodation without food (subject to availability) will be provided @ Rs.1000/-per month for general (non-sponsored) candidates and @ Rs.3000/-per month for sponsored candidates.
