Position Summary

VKN NIMHANS ECHO is looking out for suitable clinical psychologist/PSW cum academician who has excellent skills on onsite training (including online pedagogy) and mentoring in common mental health conditions (both illness and wellness). The focus is on planning out a comprehensive clinical case managements, follow up and tracking outcomes.

This position Involves

ECHO Project co ordinator

Manage the day-to-day operations of a specified area, including co-ordination of tele-ECHO clinic initiatives and deliverables. Will direct the planning and oversight of the teams activities with primary duties and responsibilities to include:

Oversees project initiatives and the day-to-day management of the team working with the Spokes or specific stakeholders.

Create and implement capacity building and quality improvement strategies based on the needs of the spokes and or stakeholders.

Develop knowledge networks and the learning loop concepts as spoke participants develop skills using the ECHO Model.

Direct guidance and coaching in the implementation of tele-ECHO clinics.

Users experience with the ECHO Model to train and assist spoke participants in adapting/replicating the ECHO Model.

Participates in teleECHO clinics and training activities.

Facilitates training and teleECHO clinics.

Develops/implements ECHO training programs.

Training: Develop training materials for health professionals, IEC charts, case record Proforma, booklets.

Virtual NIMHANS ECHO training: Be part of the multi-disciplinary tele-clinic sessions, note down the case discussion details, advise about the case management and communicate, do role play about counseling sessions.

Video call consultation and tele-consultation: Evaluate and consult patient accompanied by the District health care professionals through virtual between 9Am to 5 PM once a week

Assist in Outcome assessments, evaluation of Impact.

Minimum Qualification

M Phil in Clinical Psychology (Course work should be completed before apprering for interview)

Experience in training/pedagogy for health professionals

Preferred Qualifications

Training from institute of reputes

Proof of proficiency in presentations, clinical case discussions, publications, pedagogy, communication skills

Proficiency in the use Microsoft word, ppts, videos, Google drive, learning video software, learning blog etc. (pedagogical skills)

Proficient interpersonal skills and the ability to participate effectively as a team member
