Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engaging the following posts on short-term

contract basis for a period of 6 months which can be extended by another 3 months or completion of

project whichever is earlier in the Puducherry Planning Authority, Puducherry.

Requirement for GIS. Expert
a. Qualification M.Sc . -Geo Information Science and Earth Observation (or) M.Tech/M.E. -Remote Sensing and GIS (or) Geomatics (or) Remote Sensing and Geomatics
b. Experience 1 to 2 years in basemap preparation using Satellite imageries, Procurement of Satellite images, Gather, analyse and integrate spatial data, Experience in working with raw Satellite images using ARCGIS, QGIS and Photogrammetry Software, Experience in Satellite images processing and mosaicing Building Layers using GIS.
c. Age Below 35 years
d. Salary Rs.30,000/-(consolidated pay per month)
e. Last date for receipt of application on 10.04.2018 up to 5.00 P.M.
Requirement for Computer Programmer
a. Qualification B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) / MCA
b. Experience 2 to 3 years experience in software development & Web development with knowledge of C++ / Microsoft ASP.net / development and experience in MS SQL Server / Transact-SQL/ HTML / Java / Flash
c. Age Below 35 years
d. Salary Rs.20,000/-(consolidated pay per month)
e. Last date for receipt of application on 10.04.2018 upto 5.00 p.m

Eligible candidates will be called for an interview and date, time and venue of interview will be informed over mobile (or) e-mail (or) by post to the eligible candidates by the Puducherry Planning Authority.
