Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Limited (LMRCL), is a joint venture company of Govt. of India and Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, has been entrusted with the responsibility of implementation and operation of the rail based Mass Rapid Transit System in the capital city of Lucknow. The corporation is planning to position itself as one of the best employers by adopting modern HR practices and is designing an employees friendly HR policy. The company invites application from the regular employees working in Indian Railways/Railway Board in the field of Human Resource for the post of Assistant Manager (HR) on deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria & Experience A)The Officers of Personnel Department of Indian Railways/RBSS Cadre of Railway Board working in CDA pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 (Grade pay Rs.5400)(Pre revised)/ Rs 56100-177500(Level 10)(Revised). B) The candidate should have vast experience of working in Establishment/HR matters/Recruitment. Hands on knowledge on various computer application relating to the job is desirable. C) Age should not be more than 45 years on the closing date of application
Period of Deputation Normal Tenure of deputation for a period of 3 years
Mode of Selection Shortlisted candidates would be called for interview & selection is based on Interview basis. The candidate should be free from DAR/ Vigilance.
Job Description The officer will be expected to perform following functions: Recruitment of staff Handling HR matters & Grievances of staff Handling Court cases relating to service matters Any other job assigned by Management
