CONTRACTUAL APPOINTMENT FOR PART TIME COACH

The Sports Board of IIT Guwahati is seeking passionate and dynamic Part-Time Coach on contractual basis during the period of July 2018 to January 2019 for providing instructions and coaching for following sports disciplines :

Badminton 01 post

Football 01 post

Weightlifting 01 post

Minimum Qualification: At least one year diploma in Coaching from NSNIS or equivalent OR represented India in relevant sports at international level OR represented University or State at national level.

Desired Qualification : Experience of coaching in respective discipline in any institution of repute.

The shortlisted candidates should bring all original documents on the day of practical test and interview.

Govt. / PSU employee should submit no objection certificate issued by the employer of the organization at the time of certificate verification OR else an UNDERTAKING by the candidate must be submitted.

Simply satisfying minimum requirement will not guarantee consideration for a selection.

Minimum requirement of qualification and experience may be relaxed in case of exceptionally outstanding candidates.

The Institute reserves the right of rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof and also to re-advertise the posts if no suitable candidates are found. Decision of the Institute will be final and binding in all cases.

Duty hours: 6 days in a week from 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm.

Remuneration: Maximum of 25,000/- per month based on qualification and experience.
