2. Age relaxation:

Persons With Disability (PWD) -10 years relaxation over & above the prescribed Age Limit mentioned above.

3. Mode of selection:

• Selection will be through Written Test and Interview.
  
  
• Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written test.
  
  
• Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their performance in written test.
  
  
• Date of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course. The written test will consist of objective type multiple choice questions from engineering subjects in respective disciplines / specializations and General Aptitude.
  
  

4. General conditions

• Only Indian nationals need to apply.
  
  
• Request for change of category once declared in the application will not be entertained.
  
  
• Outstation candidates shortlisted for Interview will be reimbursed to and fro train fare limited to II A/C train fare by the shortest route for attending (from the correspondence address stated in the application) These candidates are required to submit proof of journey undertaken for reimbursement.
  
  
• Candidates desirous of seeking employment with BEL need to be medically fit as per Companys per -employment medical standards.
  
  
• The number of posts indicated above may vary based on the actual requirement at the time of selection. Applications that are incomplete, not in the prescribed format, not legible, without the required enclosures will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. There will be no separate communication to any candidates on their non-selection at any stage.
  
  
• Selected candidates can be placed if required at any of the Units located in India.
  
  
• Candidates are required to provide their one valid e-mail ID which shall be entered in the application form. Information pertaining to the written test will be sent to the shortlisted candidates only by e-mail. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate. All correspondence will be through e-mail only.
  
  
• BEL reserves the right to debar the candidate at any stage of selection process, if the candidature is not found suitable.
  
  
• • Candidates claiming to be belonging to SC / ST category are required to submit the caste certificate in the prescribed proforma (available on Companys website www.bel-india.com) issued by the prescribed authority along with the application.
    
    
  • Caste certificate in any other proforma or issued by an authority other than the prescribed authority will not be accepted.
• Candidates claiming to be belonging to OBC category are required to submit the latest certificate in the prescribed proforma (available in Companys website www.bel-india.com) issued by the prescribed authority along with the application. Certificate in any other proforma or issued by an authority other than the prescribed authority will not be accepted.
  
  
• Candidates with relevant disability of not less than 40 per cent only will be eligible for reservation and relaxation as PWD. PWD candidates are required to submit Disability Certificate issued by the Medical Board in the prescribed format (available in Companys website www.bel-india.com) along with the application.
  
  
• In case any University / Institute following an evaluation system of CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or letter grade, the candidate, wherever applicable, should submit percentage (%) conversion certificate issued by university / institution along with the application. Candidates with higher qualification than the mentioned essential qualification need not to apply. Candidates desirous of seeking employment with BEL need to be medically fit as per Companys preemployment medical standards. Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification. BEL reserves the right to debar / disqualify any candidates at any stage of the selection process for any reason whatsoever. Mere applying for the post shall not be deemed as selection.
  
  

5. Interested candidates shall apply in following manner:

1. 1^st STAGE : Candidates meeting the above criteria shall eMail the Scanned Copy of filled in application and the information in Excel file in the prescribed format [formats available on BEL website] to contengr1@bel.co.in on or before 22/09/2017.
   
   
2. 2^nd STAGE : candidates are required to send hard copy of the duly filled in application and Excel file (original copy) along with the following self-attested photocopies of the documents (one set in following mentioned sequence) by post only to Dy. General Manager(HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, N.D.A.Road, Pashan,Pune-411021, Maharashtra State so as to reach it on or before 27/09/2017.
   
   

-Filled in application form, downloaded from the BEL website.

-Certificate / Marks Sheet issued by Board for Matriculation / Higher Secondary in support of proof of age.

-All certificates (starting from Matriculation / Class X) in support of educational qualifications. (Candidates having part-time or correspondence course in prescribed qualification are not eligible).

-Conversion formula for conversion of CGPA / DGPA / OGPA or letter grade to percentage, duly certified by the University / Institution, wherever applicable.

-Caste certificate if the candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC.

-Disability certificate if the candidate belongs to PWD category.

-No objection certificate if employed in Government / Quasi Government and Public Sector undertakings.

-Experience certificate from the present employer, if any.

-Two passport size color photographs.

1. The last date for receipt of duly completed application along with required documents is 27^th Sept 2017.
   
   
2. Please note that if you do not complete Stage 1 and Stage 2 in the prescribed timeline mentioned in para 5 above, in such case your candidature will not be considered for this recruitment process.

Please further ensure that you fulfil all the eligibility criteria (like age, qualification, experience, category certificate, etc.) as stipulated in our advertisement. If you fail to meet any of the eligibility criteria as stated in the advertisement for the post, your candidature will be cancelled and you will not be allowed to appear for the interview. The decision of the management in this regard would be final. Application fee is non-refundable.
