AGE:

General Candidates : Max. 32 years (DOB on or after 01.04.1985)

PWD candidates : Five years in addition to the age limit/relaxation permitted in the respective category

Ex-Servicemen : Relaxation as per government guidelines.

QUALIFICATION :

B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering / AMIE from AICTE approved College/Institute or a recognised University.

First class in the indicated qualification for General and OBC candidates. Pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

DISCIPLINE:

The candidates who have acquired BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering/AMIE, the following discipline only are eligible

A. Electrical:

i. Electrical & Electronics Engineering

ii. Electrical Engineering

B. Civil:

i. Civil

PAY SCALE

Sr. Engineer (E-III grade) Rs. 20,600 3% - Rs. 46,500 + admissible allowances

JOB REQUIREMENT:

SR.ENGINEER (CIVIL) :

3-4 years of experience in Project Planning. Site coordination, estimation, execution of Industrial infrastructure and underground complexes, continuous casting of RCC slabs, SOIL/ROCK stabilization during excavation, Quality Control Procedure, co-ordination of Inter-disciplinary activities, billing, exposure to AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.

SR.ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) :

3-4 years of experience in designing of Electrical Power distribution Systems & electrical works for Industrial applications, which includes selection and integration of HT & LT switchgear, transformers, DG sets with AMF/ATS, UPS, Automatic fire detection and Alarm system, Grounding systems, cables, connectors and programmable logic controllers, preparation and understanding of electrical drawings, estimation of switchgears and control gears components and execution of electrical installation and commissioning at sites across India. Dealing and coordination with electrical contractors for execution of works at sites.

METHOD OF SELECTION:

Selection will be through a Written Test followed by an Interview (only for those candidates who will be shortlisted based on their performance in the written test).

HOW TO APPLY:

1. SSLC Marks Card as proof of age.

2. Graduation Marks Card and final degree certificate.

3. Experience certificate/s.

4. Category Certificate (OBC Caste certificate issued on or after 01.04.2016.)

5. Copy of Application Fee Payment Receipt

Candidates working in the PSUs/ Government or quasi-government Organizations/Serving in defence forces should submit their application through proper channel or produce a NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE at the time of the interview without which they will not be allowed to appear for the interview.

APPLICATION FEE:

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to remit an amount of Rs: 500/- towards application fee. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

INSTRUCTION FOR MAKING PAYMENT

1. Go to www.onlinesbi.com and select: - State Bank Collect.

2. Accept terms and conditions and click on proceed.

3. Select state of Corporation/Institution: - All India.

4. Select type of Corporation/Institution: - PSU - Public Sector Undertaking and press =>Go.

5. Select PSU - Public Sector Undertaking: - Bharat Electronics Limited and press Submit.

6. Select payment category: Sr. Engineer (Civil)/(Electrical).

7. Complete the payment as explained above.

8. Take a print of the payment receipt and attach it with the application form.

9. Detail instructions along with screen shots are enclosed.

HOW TO APPLY:

Candidates willing to apply may submit their application in the prescribed format along with the copies of the relevant documents in support of eligibility and the Appliation fee payment receipt/Challan with the Journal Number, in a sealed cover super scribing Application for the post of Sr.Engineer (Civil/Electrical) and addressed to Manager (HR&A), Bharat Electronics Limited, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Ghaziabad - 201010 by post/courier.

One copy of payment receipt may be retained by the candidate for future reference.

The last date for receipt of completed application is 22nd April, 2017

Applications that are not in the prescribed form, incomplete, illegible, without complete enclosures or received after due date and are not meeting the criteria indicate above will be summarily rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Candidates may be debarred at any stage of the selection process, if it is found that they do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. Mere short-listing/attendance in the written test/interview does not entitle them to any claim for the post. Canvassing in any form at any stage will result in disqualification. Only Indian nationals need apply. It may be noted that the number of post mentioned above are subject to change depending on the actual requirement at the time of selection.

Candidates are required to possess at least one valid e-mail id which is to be entered in the application form. Information pertaining to the written test/interview will be sent by e-mail only to the id that is furnished. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate/

The admission at all stages of the examination will be purely provisional. Mere issue of admit card/interview letter to the candidate will not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by BEL.

SPECIAL NOTE:

Please note that in case any discrepancy is found in the details submitted by the candidate (i.e. discipline, marks, experience etc.) his/her candidature will summarily be rejected.

Application fee is non-refundable. Candidates may go through all instructions and eligibility criteria carefully before remitting Application Fee and submitting application. Fee once paid will not be refunded."

CANDIDATES SELECTED MAY BE REQUIRED TO STAY AT SITES SPREAD ALL OVER INDIA TILL COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, AFTER WHICH THEY MAY BE DEPUTED TO OTHER PROJECTS ELSEWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.
