Walk-in-Interview for the following posts in this department on purely part-time contract basis at a fixed salary of Rs. 11,500/- per month (consolidated) for a period of six months (i.e. from January-June, 2018) or till the completion of the course whichever is earlier, will be held on 29.01.2018 at 02.30 pm in the office of the Dean, Academic Affairs. The candidates who fulfill the prescribed qualifications can download application form from the website www.gndu.ac.in and submit the filled-in application form alongwith all the required documents in the Department of Lifelong Learning by 25.01.2018 till 04.00 pm and can appear for the walk-in-interview at the Syndicate Room (O/o Dean, Academic Affairs)on the above mentioned date & time alongwith Bio-Data, Original Testimonials/Certificates and their attested photocopies:-

(Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training) or its equivalent, which includes:- a. One Year Course in Cutting & Tailoring. b. One Year Course in Embroidery. c. One Year Teacher Training Course. OR Graduation and three year Regular Diploma in Garment Technology from the Punjab State Board of Technical Education & Industrial Training or its equivalent. OR After Graduation with Fashion Designing/ Fashion Technology subject, One Year Diploma in Dress Designing & Tailoring or its equivalent from any recognized university. OR Four Years Degree in Bachelor of Design (Fashion) or its equivalent from any recognized university. OR B.Sc. (Fashion Designing/ Home Science/ Clothing and Textile) with One Year Diploma in Fashion Designing or its equivalent from any recognized university. OR Three Year B.Voc. Degree in Fashion Designing/ Fashion Technology with One Year Diploma in Fashion Designing or its equivalent from any recognized university. ii. The applicant should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi.
2.	Instructor for Cosmetology 01 Female Instructor: - 01 (at GNDU Campus, Asr.)	i. After Graduation with Cosmetology Subject, One Year Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty Culture Course or its equivalent from any recognized university/institution. OR Post Graduation (any subject) with One Year Diploma in Cosmetology or its equivalent from any recognized university. OR Three Year B.Voc. Degree in Cosmetology with One Year Diploma in Cosmetology or its equivalent from any recognized university. ii. The applicant should have passed Matriculation with Punjabi.

Note:-

1. The number of posts may be changed depending upon the requirement of the department.

2. Candidate with higher Qualifications may be preferred.

3. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
