Senior Call Support Agent (SCSA) |
Essential: PG in Social Work/Degree in law from a recognized university. Experience: 2 yrs post qualification experience in handling women and child issues/social service sector/counseling/public health / public administration & relations /legal services /labour welfare/ research/ BPO experience |
Consolidated pay of Rs.18,000/- |
Note: All positions are reserved for female candidates with relevant experience. Age limit for application shall be 35 yrs as on 01/01/2017.Proficiency in Malayalam and English is essential. Proficiency in other regional languages and Hindi is desirable.
.General Conditions:
Selected candidates for posts shall be required to work in three shift system, as necessitated by the nature of service.
