Note:(1) Candidate who have secured 40% and above marks in the written test, shall be included in the Ranked list and advised on merit basis.

(2)In the absence of qualified candidates for By Transfer appointment the Vacancies shall be filled up by the candidates from the Ranked list prepared for Direct Recruitment.

(3) The Rules regarding the reservation of appointment are not applicable to this selection.

(4)The Kerala Public Service Commission shall have the power to cancel this advice for appointment of any candidates if it is

subsequently found that such advice was made under some

mistake. On such cancellation the appointing authority shall terminate the service of candidate, provided that, the cancellation of advice for appointment by the commission and subsequent termination of service of the candidate by the appointing authority shall be made within the period of his/ her probation or 240 days from the date of his/ her joining duty whichever is earlier.

6. Age Limit : 18-50

Only candidates born between 02.01.1967 and 01.01.1999 (Both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post (Other conditions regarding age relxation are not applicable for this selection.)

7.Qualifications:

1. Must have passed SSLC or its equivalent qualification and certificate in Computer (3 months course) from a Government recognized Institution.
   
   
2. Must be an approved prabationer in the post holding.
   
   
3. Shall be subjected to the same selection test for direct recruitment and those who secure 40 % marks in the written test shall be included in a separate ranked list and advised for appointment aganist the quota prescribed on merit basis.
