SECOND N.C.A .NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited Online only by ONE TIME REGISTRATION from qualified candidates belonging to under mentioned reservation communities in the State of Kerala for selection to the under mentioned post in Kerala Government service.

Note:-The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked lists published as per this notification will be valid until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked to the above communities but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked list published on 30.05.2016 for the post. This is the second NCA notification for the post owing to the non availability of qualified candidates belonging to the above communities as per the first NCA notification (Gazette Date: 12.04.2017, Category No: 43/17 & 44/17)

5. Method of : Direct Recruitment (Only from candidates appointment belonging to the reservation groups mentioned in this notification)

NOTE: Applications of candidates belonging to communities other than those mentioned in this notification will be summarily rejected. Individual rejection memo will not be sent to them.

6. Age : (i) For Scheduled Caste candidates 22-45. Only candidates born between 02.01.1972 and 01.01.1995 (both Dates included) are eligible to apply.

(ii) For OBC candidates 22-43. Only candidates born between 02.01.1974 and 01.01.1995 (both dates included) are eligible to apply.

7. Qualifications

Masters Degree in the concerned Subject with at least 55% marks or its equivalent and good academic record .

For Scheduled caste candidates 50% marks for Masters Degree shall be sufficient.

2. Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the concerned subject specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf. When qualifications are equal, preference shall be given to candidates who possess adequate knowledge in Malayalam.

Note:

(i) For PhD holders who have passed Masters Degree prior to 19.09.1991, 50% marks for Masters Degree shall be sufficient. (GO (MS) No 2/07/H.Edn Dated 4.1.2007)

(ii)Candidates who have obtained Ph.D Degree in the concerned subject are exempted from passing the NET examination (G.O.(P)No.86/07/H.Edn dated 19.06.2007)

iii) For recruitment to various posts under these rules, Degrees awarded by the Universities recognized by UGC alone shall be considered.

(iv) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

Mode of submitting Applications:-

Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with

the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission ie,

www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have

registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their UserID and

password. Candidates must click on the Apply Now button of the

respective post in the Notification Link to apply for the post. The

Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31/12/2010. Name of the

candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the

bottom portion of the photograph. The photograph once uploaded, meeting all requirements, shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates shall take a printout of the application by clicking the link 'Registration Card' in their profile. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile, candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the UserID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. The application will be summarily rejected if noncompliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove qualification, age, community etc haveto beproduced asand whencalled for.

Candidates who have AADHAAR card should add AADHAAR card as I.D. Proofintheirprofile.

If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this selection, Admission Ticket for eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile for One Time Registration and the date of downloading will be included in the Examination Calendar. Candidates can download Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who have downloaded the AdmissionTicketwillalonebepermittedtoattendtheexamination.
