1. Post-Doctoral Fellowship MD/DNB in Radio-diagnosis/Radiology MCI recognized qualification.

Upper Age limit: 33 (Thirty Three years) completed years as on last date of application and 05 years relaxation for in service candidates.

(In service candidates will have to apply through proper channel and submit a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer along with their application forms. All eligible candidates seeking admission (Including in service) will have to appear in the entrance examination and go through the process of selection as envisaged for all)

APPLICATION FEE:

i). For OPH Candidate: NIL

ii). General/OBC category: 1,000/-+ transaction charges as applicable.

iii). SC/ST category: 800/-+ transaction charges as applicable.

Note: Payment should be made online only and the application fee once remitted shall not be refunded.

PAY SCALE: 15,600-39,100+6,600 (Grade Pay) + NPA (Non Practicing Allowance) plus other usual allowance.

COURSE FEES: Selected candidate has to pay the following fees on the day of admission:

BOND: Candidates selected for PDF course will execute a bond of 2,00,000/-(Two Lakh Rupees Only) on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of 100/-along with 2 sureties.

METHOD OF SELECTION: Eligible applicants will be notified to appear in a written exam (MCQs based) followed by an Interview. A Shortlisting of candidates will be done in ratio of 1:6 per vacancy, according to marks obtained in written exam.

a). Last date of application 28th December, 2017 (1700 Hrs.)

THE SELECTION CRITERIA:

a). 80% weightage Written Examination (MCQs based) b). 20% weightage Interview

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED IN ORIGINAL AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW

The Candidate should bring following original documents and one set of self attested photocopies at the time of Interview with application form:

i. Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc.)

ii. Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card etc.)

iii. Certificate showing Date of Birth. (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate).

Four recent passport size photographs.
v.
Class 10th & 12th Certificates.

vi. MBBS and MD/DNB Mark sheets & Certificates.

vii. FMGE Certificate conducted by NBE (For Foreign Graduate -MBBS).

viii. Attempt Certificate.

ix.
Internship Completion Certificate.
x.
Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council.

xi. Experience Certificate (Copy of completion of Internship for medical candidates).

xii. No Objection Certificate (In case of working in Govt. sector).
