Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position in a SERB funded research project entitled, Lead Free Inorganic Halide Perovskite Nanostructures for Solution-Processable Photovoltaic Cell at IIT Indore.

Eligibility:

Essential Qualification:

(i) M.Tech./M.E. degree in Materials Science/Nanotechnology/ Applied Physics/Engineering Physics/ Energy Science and Engineering

OR

(ii) M.Sc. degree in Physics/Applied Physics/Engineering Physics/ Materials Science/ Nanotechnology or B.Tech/B.E in Materials Science/ Engineering Physics/ Electronics/ Nanotechnology AND UGC-NET/ CSIR-NET/valid GATE score.

Desirable:

Candidates should have strong fundamental knowledge of solid state physics, nanomaterials and solar cell. Working experience on nanomaterials synthesis, characterization and Fabrication & testing of solar cell

Stipend:

The amount of JRF fellowship will be as per DST-SERB norms and it is INR 25,000/month (consolidated).

Duration:

Initial appointment will be for one year, which is extendable for next 2 years solely based on performance. Candidate will be encouraged to enroll for the PhD program at IIT Indore.
