Salary & other benefits

Level: 3; Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 21,700; Starting CTC (p.a.): Rs. 3.12 l.p.a. (inclusive of current DA at Central Government rate & CPF @ 12% on Basic Pay & Dearness Allowance).

Other benefits such as Reimbursement @ 90% of Medical Expenses / ESIC (as applicable), LTC, Reimbursement of Childrens School Fees up to class XII, Gratuity, Pension under EPS 1995 (as applicable), Leave, will be admissible as per institute norms.

Qualification &Experience

Essential: Class 10. Qualified as a driver following Valid Driving License from competent Government authorities.

Desirable: Past experience as an Ambulance Driver at a Nursing Home / Hospital and First Aid Certification / BLS / EMT Training.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Skillful driver who drives carefully with a SAFETY FIRST attitude.

Is flexible and willing to work beyond working hours, as per Institute needs.

Ability to quickly assess a situation and act accordingly.

Job responsibility

Drives the ambulance to transport sick, injured or convalescent persons.

Helps in placing the patient on the stretcher and in loading the stretcher into the ambulance.

Takes sick or injured persons to hospital, or convalescents to destination, using knowledge and skill in driving to avoid sudden motion detrimental to patients.
