Advertisement for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Position

Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for 1 (One) position of JRF in DST-SERB funded sponsored research project entitled "Cooperative Uplink-Downlink Carrier Aggregation in LTE and WiFi in unlicensed spectrum for 5G systems.

Eligibility

Essential Qualification:

(i) M.Tech. /M.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with specialization in Communication System and Networks.

OR

(ii) B.Tech. /B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering with a GATE score.

Desirable:

Candidates with research publication in the relevant field would be given preference.

Duration of the Project

Initial appointment will be made for one year, which is extendable up to 3 years solely based on performance. The position is coterminus with the project.

Fellowship

The amount of JRF fellowship will be as per revised DST norms and is Rs. 25,000 per month during 1st and 2nd year, and Rs. 28,000 per month in 3rd year, respectively.
