Call for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST - ICPS Project

on

Data Curation and Feature Engineering for Epidemiology Data Analytics

Applications are invited from motivated and eligible Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the Department of Science and Technology (DST-ICPS), MHRD funded research and development Project on Data Curation and Feature Engineering for Epidemiology Data Analytics.

Essential Qualification

M.Tech./M.E. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Data Sciences/Data Analytics or MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science/ with NET/GATE Qualification.

Desirable Qualification

Good Analytical and Programming Skills. Knowledge and experience in Python, Excel, PHP, MySQL is preferred.

Fellowship

Rs. 25,000 p.m. (Consolidated)

Duration

Three Years (3 Years)

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through email by 4th May, 2018.

Shortlisted candidates will have to report for interview on 11th May, 2018 (tentative) (09:30AM) in Department of Computer Applications, NIT Trichy.

Note

1. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.

2. Candidate selected for this position can also apply for the regular PhD program provided they satisfy the eligibility criteria for PhD program.

3. Decision of Director NIT Trichy will be the final in all respect.
