Walk-in-interview

A walk-in interview will be held at 11.30 am on 08th May 2018 at the Department of Agribusiness Management and Food Technology, North-Eastern Hill University, Tura Campus, West Garo Hills, Tura-794002, Meghalaya, for the temporary post of one SRF in a DBT-NER/AGRI sanctioned project entitled Value addition of banana (Musa. sp) and creating small scale enterprises of Meghalaya tribal community though minimal processing technology under the Principal Investigator Sasikumar.R, Assistant Professor-Food Technology, Department of Agribusiness Management and Food Technology, North-Eastern Hill University, Tura Campus. Meghalaya.

The details of posts are as follows. Posts 1. Senior Research Fellow (SRF).

Essential Qualifications:

1. First Class M.Sc/M.Tech/Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Engineering/Chemical Engineering/ Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Applied Sciences. Preferably with NET/NET-LS/GATE.

Desirable Qualifications

1. Experiences in Food Research Laboratory/National Level Laboratory/Field Level work and use of Microsoft Office as well as statistical soft wares.

Duration: 3 (Three) year or till the date of completion of the project term or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Remuneration: Rs.27,500/-PM (Fixed)

N.B. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview. Those in employment or doing Ph.D. must submit No Objection Certificate from the concerned employer / Ph.D. Supervisor.
