Walk-in-interview

A walk-in-interview will be held on 27th October (Friday), 2017 at 3 PM in the Chamber of the Head of Department, Department of Zoology, Calcutta University at Ballygunge Science College campus to select 2 Junior Research Fellow to work in the West Bengal Biodiversity Board sponsored research project titled Status Survey of Fishing Cat Prionailurus viverrinus Bennett, 1833 (Carnivora: Felidae) with special reference to their distribution and abundance in wetland habitats of West Bengal, India. sanctioned to Prof. Goutam Kumar Saha, Professor in Zoology, CU.

Interested candidates having following academic qualification are invited to appear at the interview with two separate sets of complete application furnishing biodata in plain paper with self attested copies of testimonials and also originals for verification.

No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the interview.

Tenure of the project: Initially for two years.

Qualifications :

M.Sc in Zoology/Environmental Science with good academic records.

Candidate having working experience in wildlife biology will be preferred.
