For engagement of Contractual Lecturers for Academic Session -2017

Applications on the prescribed format which can be downloaded from the University website at www.kashmiruniversity.net are invited for engagement of Contractual Lecturers in the following Departments/Campuses for academic year 2017.

1. Music & Fine Arts Qualification

a) Instructor History of Arts b) Instructor of Sculpture

Masters degree in the respective subject from recognized university/institute

c) Instructor of Applied Arts d) Model

Matriculate & Certificate in Modeling

1. Earth Science
   
   
2. Political Science
   
   

NET/ SET/Ph.D. in the relevant subject with minimum of 55% of marks in P.G.

4. English (Distance Education)

5. Hindi M. Phill. in the relevant subject with minimum of 55% of marks in P.G.

3. System Analyst (Distance Education) B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/MCA/M.Sc. IT.

However, desirable qualifications in the following subjects shall be as under:-

Earth Science: Applied Geology: Igneous & Metamorphic Petrology/ Hydrogeology/Ore, Fuel, Exploration Geology/Geophysics. Candidates with teaching experience will be given preference. Geo-informatics: M.Sc. /M.Tech. Remote Sensing/GIS or M.Sc. Applied Geology/ Geophysics/Environmental Science plus PG Diploma in Remote Sensing/GIS Research with teaching experience will be given preference.

Note:

a) Candidates in their own interest are advised to be in touch with the Deans of the concerned faculties about the date, venue and time of the interview; b) Salary of the appointees shall be paid on the basis of qualification.
