Job Description:
The Job profile includes-:
a) Investor Relations
b) Secretarial Matters
c) Statutory Compliance
Eligibility :
Minimum 10 years POST QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCE in handling Regulatory and Compliance requirements of SEBI, NSE and BSE of an entity listed in NSE or BSE of which at least 05 years should be as Company Secretary with valid experience in Statutory Compliance, Secretarial matters, Investor Relations etc.
Relevant work experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks shall be an added advantage.
