Walk-in-interview for Re-employment of 2 (two) numbers of retired Store Keeper (01 post for District Hospital, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur and 01 post for Gangarampur Sub Divisional Hospital, Dakshin Dinajpur) district will be held on 09.02.2018 at 12.00 noon at the chamber of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat at a consolidated remuneration of @ Rs. 10,0001-(Ten Thousand Only) per month, for a period of 6 (six) months, in view of patient care and smooth functioning.

Selection criteria:

1. Age of the retired Store Keeper should not exceed 64 (Sixty four) years as on 01.01.2018.
   
   
2. She 1 he must be physically fit. Fit medical certificate from registered Medical Practioners.
   
   
3. She/he must be a good record of service during the service period.
   
   
4. Lesser the age more will be preference for selection.
   
   
5. Self attested photocopy of the all mark sheets.
   
   
6. Self attested photocopy of age proof of the candidate.
   
   
7. Self attested photocopy of record of superannuation.
   
   
   1. An application fee in form of Demand Draft of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs.
      
      
   2. 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The Demand Draft should be in favour of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur payable at Balurghat.
8. No TAiDA will be paid to the candidates for the selection test 1interview.
