Walking interview for Re-employment of 2 Numbers of retired contractual Facility Manger (Erstwhile Ward Master) 1 post for Balurghat Dist. Hospital and another 1 post for Gangarampur Sub Divisional Hospital, Dakshin Dinajpur district will be held on 30.05.2017 at 12.30 pm at the chamber of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dakshin Dinajpur, Balurghat at a consolidated remuneration of@ Rs, 14,0001-(Fourteen Thousand Only) per month or the remuneration, applicable to a reemployed employee as per Finance Deptt. Order No. 6093F(P) dt. 25.11.2016 whichever is less, for a period of 6 (six) months in view of patient care and smooth functioning.

Selection criteria :

  1. Age of the retired Ward Master should not exceed 64 (Sixty four) years as on 01.01.2017.

  2. She 1 he must be physically fit. Fit medical certificate from registered Medical Practioner.

  3. She/he must be a good record of service during the service period.

  4. Lesser the age more will be preference for selection.

  5. Self attested photocopy of the all mark sheets.

  6. Self attested photocopy of age proof of the candidate.

  7. Self attested photocopy of record of superannuation.

    1. An application fee in form of Demand Draft of Rs. 100.00 for General applicant and Rs.

    2. 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The Demand Draft should be in favor of District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Dakshin Dinajpur payable at Balurghat.
  8. No TAiDA will be paid to the candidates for the selection test 1interview.

  9. Self attested recent 2 copies passport size photo to be pasted one in Application Form.

  10. Authority reserves the right to cancel all or any application with t assigning any reason.
