ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGAGING A ADVISOR IN ENVIRONMNETAL MANAGEMENT CELL OF APIIC

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC) is a progressive government organisation vested, with the objective of providing industrial infrastructure through the development of industrial areas in Andhra Pradesh State. The organisation invites applications for the following POST from Indian Nationals possessing excellent academic record and relevant work experience, who would like to be associated with the EMP cell activities of the organisation on deputation/contract basis.

Number of Posts	1(ONE),Full time(One Year may be extendable on year- to-year basis)
Educational Qualification	Masters degree in Environmental Sciences /Engineering/ Chemical Engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks.
Experience	Minimum Ten years of Post Qualification experience in the field of Environmental Sciences/Engineering, Chemical Engineering in Maintenance and design of Common Effluent Treatment Plants and EIA report preparation & Water Supply Scheme.
Job requirement	Applicants should have knowledge on MoEF, Central Pollution Control Board rules and regulations with leadership quality. The applicant will help in the day to day in the area of Environmental Management & Planning.

Nature of Work:

• Technical advisory on environmental policies and standards to ensure the norms.

• Waste water management and CETP design, Maintenance & Operation & preparation/reviewing of EIA reports.

• Coordination with the service providers and consultants who are engaged for obtaining Environmental Clearances, Taking up of CETPs, Monitoring Pollution levels in IPs, etc.

• Post monitoring of EC conditions where ECs/CFEs obtained.

• Review the reports furnished by the consultants and advise APIIC on feasibility, Technology, economic viability for taking up of CETPs in the IPs of APIIC & the reports related to new/IPs/SEZs requiring Environmental Clearance, which are being prepared by QCI accredited consultants.

• Post monitoring of EC conditions where ECs/CFEs obtained & Central Government sponsored Schemes for CETPs etc.

• Qualification in area of Environmental Sciences/Engineering.

• Vast experience in waste water management and CETP design, Maintenance & Operation.

• Experience in water supply schemes (Design/Execution/O&M).

• Experience in management framework to review for monitoring the climatic conditions and reporting to MoEF & CC.

In case of deputation, Applicants working in Govt. organization/Public sector undertaking/ Govt. funded research agencies should forward their application through proper channel and NOC from the employer. However, the applicant should apply online before the last date. Pay and allowances of such incumbent may be protected as per Govt. of India rules.

Those applicants applying for contract basis will be paid consolidated emoluments only and should forward their application proper channel and NOC from the employer.

The qualification prescribed should have been obtained from recognized Universities/ Institutions.

The prescribed essential qualifications/experience indicated are bare minimum and mere possession of same will not entitle the applicants to be called for interview. Where number of applications received in response to an advertisement is large, it may not be convenient or possible for the Institute to interview all the applicants. The Institute may restrict the number of applicants to be called for selection process to a reasonable limit, on the basis of qualifications and experience higher than that of the minimum prescribed in the advertisement. The applicants should, therefore, furnish details of all the qualifications and experience possessed in the relevant field, over and above the minimum.

Interview will be held at Vijayawada. The time, date and venue will be informed to the short listed applicants.
