Admission Notice for Session 2017-18 for admission in three years Diploma Course in Automobile, Mechanical and Civil Engineering in BSF Polytechnic CSMT, BSF Academy Tekanpur, Gwalior

Important Information and Instructions

1. BSF Polytechnic has been conducting 03 years fulltime Diploma Courses in Automobile, Mechanical and Civil Engineering under the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal duly approved by AICTE New Delhi and DTE Bhopal.

2. The wards of (CAPFs), M.P. police and Defence Personnel can also apply for the admission in BSF Polytechnic CSMT, Tekanpur. In case these seats are vacant they can be filled by civilians.

3. Out of 60 seats in each discipline for BSF serving/retired/deceased on duty personnel out of which 30% seats in each discipline as per category are reserved for girl candidates.

4. Admission Test will be conducted on 3rdJuly2017for all the disciplines and counseling will be done on dated 4th July2017on the basis of merit list of the written test.

5. Candidate should have passed10thclassof10+2pattern with minimum 35% marks in aggregate and should have pass marks both in Maths and Science as compulsory subjects.

6. The application Form in the prescribed Performa should reach Commandant CSMT BSF

Academy Tekanpur Gwalior (MP) 475005 by 27thJune2017 along with necessary documents and demand draft or IPOs of Rs200/-drawn in favour of COMMANDANT,CSMT,BSF TEKANPUR payable at SBI Tekanpur Code 8284 and Post office Tekanpur respectively.

7. No form will be accepted after the last date and incomplete forms will be rejected.

8. Xerox copies of the following certificates are to be attached with application form :-

i) Selfattested photocopy of 10 examination/ online marksheet (AttestedbythePrincipal), If the result is not declared then write (Result Awaited in columnNo.16) If the result is declared after the submission of the form, the candidates have to send it by post or copy on the mail address (csmtpoly@yahoo.com) prior to one day before the Entrance Exam.

ii) As a proof of Service Certificate of Father and Mother the self-attested photocopy of Identity Card/ Retirement Card/ Not Alive Certificate/ Card/any other Document as proof.

iii) SC/ST/OBC certificate should be issued in the Performa prescribed by the MP State Government. In case of OBC Candidates It should be clearly stated whether the candidate falls under the creamy layer or not.

iv) SC/ST/OBC reservation will be given to MP State Domicile Candidates only.(No reservation will be given to the candidate of other state they will be considered in general category)

v) Death Certificate in case of deceased BSF personnel.

vi) Certificates of achievements in Games and Sports at National Level (Only for the Gold Medalist)

vii) Physically Handicapped Certificate issued from Jabalpur, MP

viii) Filled Admit Card.

ix) Two Self Addressed Envelopes with stamp of Rs 39.00 each.

9. Hostel Facility is available and will be given on the basis of merit only and preference will be given to other than localized.

10. Application Form will be cancelled without bank draft or IPOs of prescribed fee.

Note: Do not attach any original certificates. All photo copies must be self-attested. In case of change in admission rule/ Instructions of MPDTE Bhopal same will be intimated at the time of admission/ counseling/ subsequently.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION/COUNSELING

The following original documents are to be submitted / shown at the time of counseling/admission i.e On 4th July2017, in case you qualify.

(1) * Mark sheet of 10th examination.

(2) * Fathers service certificate/Identity Card /Retired Identity Card/Not alive Certificate as BSF Personnel mentioning real son or daughter inrespect ofhis ward.

(3) For SC/ST/OBC reservation, Caste Certificate & Domicile Certificate of MP State only

should be submitted; other candidates will be considered as general candidates.

(4) Medical Fitness Certificate issued by authorized medical officer.

(5) Character certificate along with TC(Transfer Certificate) issued by the Head of the Institution last attended

(6) Certificates of achievements in games and sports at National Level(Gold Medalist only)

(7) Physically Handicapped Certificate issued from Jabalpur (MP)

(8) Two Passport Size Photographs.

(9) Photo ID of the candidate.

(10) Attach Gap Certificate for discontinuity in education, if applicable (Affidavit).

TUTION FEE WILL BE CHARGED FROM WIDOW WARDS WHO ARE GETTING ADMISSION IS DIPLOMA COURSE AFTER PASSING 10TH CLASS AT THE RATE OF 50% IN COMPARISION OF TUTION FEE OF SERVING PERSONNEL FOR INITIAL TWO YEARS AND FOR THIRD YEAR TUTION FEE WILL BE FULLY EXEMPTED.

ALSO TUTION FEE ONLY WILL BE FULLY EXEMPTED FOR WIDOW WARDS THOSE WHO ARE GETTING ADMISSION IN DIPLOMA COURSE AFTER COMPLETION OF 12TH CLASS.

IN CASE OF WIDOW WARDS WHO ARE STUDYING AFTER CROSSING THE AGE LIMIT OF 57/60 YEARS OF FATHER THEN THEIR TUITION FEE/HOSTEL CHARGES WILL BE EXEMPTED AS BEFORE.
