Applications are invited for the post of one SRF (Senior Research Fellow) on a consolidated salary of Rs. 16,000/- + 10 % HRA per month in the project entitled Bio-efficacy and Phytotoxicity evaluation of coded samples BAS 750 02 F and BAS 751 01 F on Apple diseases funded by M/S BASF India Ltd. for a maximum period of two years or up to the duration of the project. The appointment will be purely temporary and shall be extended on six monthly review basis.

Eligibility for the position of SRF (Senior Research Fellow)

Essential: Applicants possessing M.Sc. in Agriculture (Plant Pathology, Entomology, Horticulture, Seed Science & Technology and Agro-forestry) and M.Sc. Forestry are eligible for the fellowship.

Desirable: Applicants having experience of handling chemical pesticides and bio-pesticides in laboratory as well as in field and good publication record will be given preference.
