Officer / Manager Executive Education

Executive Education Programmes of IIM Ahmedabad plays a vital role in strategically building relationships and credibility with external stakeholders. Each programme is designed to address the distinct needs of specific executives at various points in their career, helping them up-skill and progress. This is a unique, creative opportunity for the right candidate to promote relevant and interesting programs among the management community, to gain valuable experience of the corporate and organized sectors, and of the Executive Education business in India. The Executive Education Office requires dynamic Officer / Manager who will assist Head Executive Education in all administrative functions of this program.

Job Description:

Lead a team of Program associates/coordinators who facilitates the delivery of ExEd offerings
Compliance to established processes internally
Budgeting, Accounting, and follow-up on pending payments
Preparation of Annual Calendar planning for Open Enrolment Programmes(OEP)
Resource planning , allocation and monitoring for effective utilization
Guide and train programme coordinators/associates
Facilities booking and overall program support to both OEPs and In-company programs.
Monitoring of brochure printing and mailing, Media Planning (newspapers, journals, etc.)
Program promotion and monitoring nominations status. Ensuring that less number of programs get cancelled.
Coordination with Programmes Faculty Chair and Faculty
Ensure pleasant experience to participants during their campus stay
Program related query handling (telephonic and email).
Compilation of data/material for ExEd Council meetings, FT ranking, preparation of Annual Report and Board briefings.
ExEd website monitoring
Ensure entry of data into CRM and monitor the performance of the system
Preparation of Annual Report on faculty sessions and monitoring of yearly program reports (both OEP and In-company) and feedback compilation.
Identifying the training requirements of the team members
Coordinating with other departments in the Institute such as Accounts, Stores, Transport, Case Unit, Alumni, etc. for smooth functioning of the department.
Coordinating with external service providers for improved services.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:

An MBA or equivalent masters degree or higher, with minimum 7 years experience of which at least five years experience should be related to designing, developing, marketing, and selling executive programs or professional services to corporate
clients. The candidate should be self-driven and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. A good knowledge of Excel, Access, and other computer-related tasks is essential.
The candidate should have exceptional ability to communicate effectively; strong team-building skills and is attentive to details. This person should be a self-starter and resourceful.

Age: Maximum 50 years as on the last date of application.

Salary & Allowances:

Selected candidate will be offered a fixed term appointment initially for a period of three years on a consolidated monthly salary on CTC mode. The contract may be extended further as per the mutual convenience. During the contract period or after the successful completion of the contract, if the performance of the candidate is found very well and Institute is in need of such position, Institute may confirm the candidate in a suitable pay scale with or without further probation, depending on duration of earlier contract and performance.
