Applications are invited on the prescribed form available in the office of undersigned on payment of Rs.200/- in shape of Bank Draft payable at Ludhiana in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana on any working day from 9.00 AM to 5.00 P.M along with attested copies of certificates for the post of Project Fellow @ Rs. 14000/- (fixed) for I^st and 2^nd year and Rs.16000/- P.M (fixed) for 3^rd year provided in the scheme Elucidation among organ specific infections in Pyricularia oryzae-Rice pathosystem and exploration for neck blast resistance donors UGC-1 (PC-7076) for a period of six months or till the termination of the scheme which ever is earlier.

Educational Qualifications:-

1. B.Sc. (Agri)/ B.Sc. with minimum OGPA 2.00/4.00 or 50% marks.
2. Second class masters degree in any branch of Agricultural Sciences or Life Sciences with minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH).

Desirable:

1. Masters in Plant Pathology/Microbiology/Botany
2. M.Sc./Ph.D in Plant Pathology will be given preference

Note:- 1-The candidate should be below the age of 40 years.

The last date for the receipt of applications (duly completed in all respects) in this office is 30-11-2017. Incomplete applications or unsupported by the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for interview on 8-12-2017 at 12.00 P.M. in the office of the undersigned (Room No.114 P.G Building, PAU, Ludhiana). No separate information for interview will be sent. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
