The Department of Education in Arts and Aesthetics, NCERT will hold a walk-in-interview to recruit Four Junior Project Fellows (JPF) on temporary basis for different projects on May 29, 2017. The criterion for the fellowship is as under:

Essential Qualifications :

Master's Degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH) in any of the following subject

- Mass media, mass communication, film making, fine arts, performing arts, performance studies.

Desirable:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Good knowledge of open software and ICT. Good knowledge of computer applications. Preference will be given to candidates having similar experiences.

10 Essential Qualifications:

months Master's Degree in any subject with minimum 55% marks or equivalent (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH).

Desirable:

  • Bachelor in Education (B.Ed)

  • Good writing skill in English & Hindi.

  • NET qualified (Non-NET candidate may also apply)

  • Interest in areas of Arts Education such as visual and performing arts, traditional Crafts, cultural heritage of the country.

  • Working knowledge of Computer.

  • Experience in collection, tabulation and analysis of data .

In addition to other qualifications the candidate selected for the job will be working full time on the project.

Fellowship: (i) Rs. 16, 000/- p.m (Consolidated and fixed) for NET qualified candidates.

(ii) Rs. 14,000/- p.m. (Consolidated and fixed) for non-NET candidates.

Age: Should be below 40 years as per UGC guidelines.

Date and Time of Interview May 29, 2017 (10:30 a.m onwards)

Venue of Interview Room No.201, 2nd Floor, DEAA, G.B. Pant Block, NCERT, New Delhi-110 016.

Interested candidates who fulfill the above criteria should reach the venue on May 29, 2017 at09:00 a.mfor walk- in- interview at Room No.201, II Floor, G.B.Pant Block, DEAA (behind Library), NCERT, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi - 110 0 16 with a copy of their bio-data. Original certificates and their Photocopies should also be brought by the candidates. Candidates appearing for the interview after 10:00 a.m will not be entertained.

  • Candidates may submit their bio-data online (deaa.ncert@nic.in) on or before May 26, 2017 .


Notes:

It is the responsibility of the candidates to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility conditions interms of educational qualifications, experience etc.

  1. Fellowship is purely temporary.

  2. Candidates attending the interview will not be paid any TA/DA by the NCERT.

  3. Candidates should bring their original certificates along with photocopies of documents 111

    support of their age, educational qualifications, etc. at the time of interview as specified above.

  4. The selected candidates may be required to join immediately.

  5. Candidates are requested to bring with them their written or published work, original degree/ mark sheet of the qualified examination,
